How much does chimney cleaning cost?
Our Complete Chimney Sweep & Inspection is $349 for a standard residential single-flue chimney under normal conditions. Additional flues, severe creosote, unusual access, or nonstandard conditions may affect the price. We explain any additional charges before work proceeds.
How much does an inspection cost?
A chimney and fireplace inspection is $99. The full $99 diagnostic fee is credited toward qualifying cleaning or repair work of $349 or more. Service-area travel charges may apply and are not credited.
Does the inspection fee apply toward repairs?
Yes. If you choose qualifying cleaning or repair work of $349 or more after the inspection, the full $99 diagnostic fee is credited toward that service. Travel charges are not credited. For example, if you choose a $349 cleaning, you pay $250 for the cleaning.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Southern Oregon including Medford, Central Point, Jacksonville, Ashland, Grants Pass, Phoenix, Talent, Eagle Point, and White City.
Do I need to know what service I need?
No. If you know something is wrong but aren't sure what, start with a $99 inspection. We diagnose the problem, show you what we find, and explain your options. You don't need to be a chimney expert before contacting us.
Can I send photos of the problem?
Yes. Photos aren't required, but they can help us understand the situation before we contact you. You can attach photos when requesting service through our website.
Will chimney cleaning make a mess in my house?
We use professional work-area protection and dust containment as a standard part of every sweep. The goal is to leave your home as clean as we found it.
Will you try to sell me work I don't need?
We photograph significant findings and explain what should be addressed now versus what can reasonably wait. We provide pricing before any additional work. No repair work is performed without your approval.
How do I know if a repair is actually needed?
We show you. When practical, we photograph the problem so you can see what we see. We explain what's happening, what the options are, and what the consequences are of waiting versus acting. You make the decision.
What if I only want an inspection?
That's perfectly fine. The inspection is a standalone service. You'll receive photos, findings, and recommendations. There's no obligation to schedule any additional work.
What if my chimney is difficult to access?
Unusual access situations such as steep roofs, very tall chimneys, or restricted work areas may affect scheduling or pricing. We discuss any access concerns before the appointment.
Are you open on weekends, and do you offer same-day service?
