Diagnosis
Inspection confirmed the chase cover had corroded beyond repair and needed full replacement with a properly sized, heavy-gauge stainless steel cover.
Solution
We fabricated and installed a custom stainless steel chase cover with a drip edge, sealed all flashing, and verified proper ventilation.
