The Problem
A portion of the chimney above the roofline had structurally failed — bricks were loose and the chimney was leaning.
Diagnosis
Long-term water damage had eroded the mortar joints and the structural integrity was compromised. A partial rebuild was required.
Solution
We dismantled the damaged section, rebuilt with new brick matching the original, and installed a new crown and cap to prevent future water damage.
