Diagnosis
A full-system assessment revealed structural damage to the masonry, a failed crown allowing water infiltration, and a cracked clay liner that no longer met code.
Solution
We rebuilt the chimney from the roofline up, poured a new cast-in-place crown, installed a stainless steel liner, and restored the brick exterior to match the original.
