Ian was very professional. Came right to the point about the condition of my fireplace. Told me the good and the bad and how much it would cost me to fix the bad. Also mad recommendations on what might be my best options going forward and how to save some money in the future. Overall, very happy with John's Chimney Sweep. I will definitely have them back for my repairs and further sweeps. They were also very swift and tidy. Absolutely no dust or dirt in my house. Thanks Ian.
