John came promptly (within 24 hrs) since I had a bird stuck in my chimney as well as needing it cleaned. He saved the bird and cleaned and inspected the chimney.

John charged a lot less than the other chimney cleaning service that I received a quote from. His work was fast and neat. He also voluntarily assembled the gas pipes for my new artificial log set, which was a challenging fit that needed a part I didn't have, and he provided. He didn't ask for any payment for the assistance nor the part, even though it took him an extra 20 or 30 minutes.

He was very helpful. Arrived earlier than expected . Got in and inspected the fireplaces, made necessary corrections very quickly. He also gave me suggestions on other home repairs I was considering.

John repaired our chimney and his final product really shows the pride he takes in his work. Quality work, excellent service, honest guy and he was completely finished in under 4 hours. He is our GO TO from now on because he offers so many other services that I'm sure we'll need down the line. John, YOU'RE THE MAN.

He visited and inspected the chimney and gave recommendations to make the gas fireplace to code as we hired him to do. I would've been happier if he actually completed his recommendations, but my he and my husband decided my husband could do them himself, but that's not John's fault, it's mine for not making my intentions clearer.
