John was very through, explained everything. He didn't try and push products that I didn't want to purchase at the time. He was every helpful on other projects that I had going on around the house.

John is very matter-of-fact--a no-nonsense person. He let me know what needed to be done but didn't try to push me into doing it. I will have him back again.

John was so knowledgable on his work, going above and beyond to help me understand the best ways to do things to allow it to last longer. He also gave me some advice about other things I had going wrong with this new house we bought, to help me prioritize what is important and what can wait. I truly am amazed that he cared that much to take time outside of his work to help me. Thank you John!!!

John was thorough and explained each phase of his chimney/fireplace cleaning. The fireplace is cleaner than it's been in years, and the chimney will now function safely. He gave us many tips for materials to be burned, carbon dioxide detector, and potential next-step repairs. He was professional, reliable, organized, and personable. He worked quickly and competently, leaving no mess whatsoever. We plan to call him next year. Thanks, John!

John did an excellent job. He was very honest and is very knowledgeable about repairing fireplaces/chimneys. He explained things in detail and was very patient when we had questions about our chimney and fireplace. He showed up earlier than the time he gave us and we appreciate that. We definitely recommend him!

John is a super nice guy and he really knows the chimney business inside and out. He gave us a great price for a cleaning, stainless steel flue installation and firebox repair. He is an honest person and will definitely get the job done right, you don't have to worry about him cutting corners. If you hire anyone besides John you are making a mistake.

Did a good job, but apparently not licensed, so although cleaning was done well, was not comfortable hiring to do repair

Excellent job on my fireplace inside and out, now my home is safe to enjoy... thank you so much John... see you real soon for the other jobs around the house! George & Mel
