I paid $165 each for 2 fireplace cleanings in my rentals. Most I've ever paid but it's done. I'll have him do my home's chimneys next month.

He recommended a fix that I was not aware of that was needed.

Very knowledgeable and very thorough in completing his task.

John was very professional , was right on time. Hr did a great job on my very dirty chimney. He also noticed that the chim. cap was missing, and instead of selling me a new one(which I could'nt aford) he gave me an old one he had and was in good condition. Also he left everything very clean.

Very friendly and explained everything and then some so that I was comfortable about my options and the condition of my fireplace. Did not recommend unnecessary work to pad the bill. Will definitely be calling them again when it is time for my chimney to be cleaned and inspected again!

Easy to communicate with, tidy, left my home clean. Took care of cleaning chimney and replacing cracked back fire wall. Would recommend to my friends. Solved the problem of smoke backing up into my home by cleaning chimney and alerted me to cracked firebrick which could cause problems later. Satisfied with service.

John was thorough, courteous and efficient. Seemed very honest, he didn't try to push unnecessary work like others have. Was not the cheapest estimate, but seemed very capable and left the area as clean as when he found it.

He was on time. He also kept his work area very clean. In fact, he even carried the big vacuum in and out of the house rather than rolling it out. I felt he was honest in his accesment of the job and explained things well. He did charge me a little extra to fix a problem that I had know about but had not mentioned. But in the long run that did save me money because otherwise I would have had to hire a roofer.

He was awesome! He had a cancellation and called me to schedule for that time. He drove for over an hour to come out ( and didn't charge me for his travel time) and got my chimney taken care cleaning and repairs the same day. His prices were very good!
