Friendly and profesional

John showed up on time and did a complete cleaning of the fireplace. I will recommend John to all my neighbors.

John showed up and went over a few things that needed some attention. There was no pressure to use his services, just informing me of a few issues. Friendly guy and did a good job. Only issue was he did not show up with a chimney cap as requested. He said they did not come in that morning. Knowing that I would have rescheduled to another day and not have to waist another few hours for another appointment.

Cleaning was done professionally and quickly; however, afterwards I was given an estimate for repairs they thought were needed on my chimney- over $6,500. I obtained a second and third opinion and was told my chimney did not need those repairs and that I could build a new chimney for the repair estimate I had been given. Needless to say I did not have those "repairs" done. Who can afford $6500 to repair a chimney in this economy?

John is professional, timely, courteous and affordable. We liked him so much he came back the next day for some roof work that needed to be done. You will not be disappointed with your decision to hire John!

The service you provide is wonderful! As soon as I stated my needs, I receive two calls with five minutes and one call 3 hours later. I was able to receive service within 3 hours of my call. Terrific!!!

John is an awesome guy. Work was completed in a timely and professional manner, covered up my wood floor and everything was cleaned after he was done. He explained everything to me such as the work I could do myself and the work that needed to be done right away—he even suggested that I did not need all the work done at the same time but could wait....great honest and fair businessman. And I quote, "Just because the economy is bad, doesn't give you the right to gouge customers." -John

John was very thorough in his assessment of my chimney. He did an excellent job of rebuilding the chimney flashing, installing new wind/rain guard, and in cleaning the chimney. The cost was more than I had anticipated; however, I am happy with the work he did.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Gave great advice on the continuing maintenance of my fireplace. Prompt in responding to my service request. Would definitely use him again, and refer him to others.
