John was very knowledgable and clean. He didn't get anything dirty and chimney cleaning is a very dirty job. He also installed roof top fire caps. I would definitely use him again

Have to say I was surprised. He came the same day, gave me analysis and quote. When I asked when he could do it, he said now. He did a great job, oh my was I embarrassed with how dirty and dangerous my fireplace was. He did his best to protect my home from the dirt, God could not have kept the mess any better. He noticed I had 4 cracked tiles on the roof and offered to fix them. I would have him back in a heartbeat. Thanks John

John was very thorough in his actual chimney sweeping and was very conscious not to track any dust in the general area. I was a bit put off by his attempts to compare himself to other chimney sweepers by constantly saying how much they would charge for this or that service. I feel I paid what he asked for so there was no need to try to justify his service benefit on the spot. He also stated that my fireplace panels were improprely cut and the pending damage that could occur if not replaced also the decline in property value if not repaired. I appreciate information but I also research stated claims before purchasing materials or services.
